Through a combination of executive leadership, strategic governance, and specialized departments, we work to advance cross-border trade, investment, and economic cooperation between the United States and the Democratic Republic of Congo. This structure allows us to respond to the evolving needs of our business community while promoting transparency, collaboration, and sustainable growth.

Mr. Pierre Djunga had a distinguished 26-year career in the petrochemical and energy industry with Chevron, holding positions of increasing responsibility in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the Republic of the Congo, Angola, and the United States, as well as contributing to major capital projects across Europe and Asia. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management, a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology, and a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Gorette Kupa, known as "Gogo," is a Congolese-American social entrepreneur, licensed life and health insurance agent, and community leader based in Galesburg, Illinois. She is the founder and executive director of the Lipanda Foundation, which empowers French-speaking African immigrants through education, workforce development, and food security initiatives. With a background in international trade and economics, Gorette transitioned from a successful career in banking and entrepreneurship in Dubai to launching impactful projects in the U.S., including the Galesburg Selfie Museum, Gyann Event, and a community garden promoting African crops and local food sovereignty.
